BOUNTIFUL'S Policies for Items received damaged and cancellations and returns.
DAMAGED ITEMS - We pack your order carefully and damage is rare. Notify us at once of any damaged or missing parts. If your box is damaged; have the deliveryman make a note of it. Keep the box and all packaging as it will be needed to make the claim with the shipper. Any items received damaged will be taken care of promptly. If you are having trouble understanding directions on any items that require assembly- please call us, we'll be happy to help you. RETURNS - No returns without authorization. Returns must be made within 15 days, and items must be in new saleable condition. There is a 15% restocking fee; postage paid by customer both ways. Equipment such as wheels, drum carders, wool combs, looms, & special orders are not returnable. CANCELLATIONS - Any cancellation must be made prior to shipping (on looms-before loom is assembled to your specifications). Once shipped order cannot be cancelled. There is a 10% cancellation charge on wheels, drum carders & table looms etc. (min. $20.00) and a 5% cancellation charge on floor looms (max. $100.00) RETURNED CHECKS - All returned checks are collected by Credi-chek and are subject to a $25.00 service charge.
