The Schacht Inkle loom is sturdily built, and quick to set up.  It is open on one side for quick and uncomplicated warping. The tension bar has an easy grip handle for adjusting warp tension during weaving.  Holds a warp or up to 4 1/2" wide and 8 1/2 feet long. SCHACHT RIGID HEDDLE LOOM

The Schacht Rigid Heddle Loom is sturdy, quick and easy to weave with.  Both the cloth and warp beams have fine toothed nylon ratchets which give you precise tension control at all times.  Heddle blocks on the sides of the loom hold the rigid heddle in either the upper or lower shed position so your hands are free to throw the shuttle.  There are also slots in the top of the heddle block to hold the heddle firmly in a neutral position while you are threading the loom.  Available in 20", 25" or 35" weaving widths.  Comes with an 8 dent heddle, but you can substitute a 10 or 12 dent heddle.  Hard Maple, Danish Oil finish, Unassembled. (Requires a screwdriver and a few minutes to assemble.)

OPTIONAL STANDS - The Trestle Stand I  can be used on the 20" and the 25" loom.  It can also be attached to the Schacht Tapestry Looms. The stand has adjustable side arms that allow the loom to be used at a variety of angles from horizontal to almost vertical.

A floor standing INKLE Loom, to weave strips of fabric up to 6" wide and 16 feet long. Designed for continuous string heddles which are made in minutes. The heddle length is adjustable by turning the heddle carrier. The weaving is swift, quiet and colorful. Useful articles, such as belts, ties, guitar straps, tray-holders, etc., can be quickly made! Strips can be joined for cushions, wall-hangings, etc.

The CENDREL can be converted to an efficient warping frame with the supplied warping pegs. It can be used to wind a warp up to 10 yards long.
